The Collector Who Stopped Sharing
"What if I need it later?"
The Hoarder is the most tragic villain. They began as a genuine collector — passionate, enthusiastic, joyful. But somewhere, the joy of collecting twisted into the fear of losing. Now the Hoarder acquires not from passion but from compulsion and fear.
They buy everything — not to enjoy it, but to prevent others from having it. "What if I need it later?" The collection has become a prison, not a treasure. Isolated, anxious, possessive, lonely — the Hoarder isn't cruel, they're afraid.
Personality: Isolated, anxious, possessive, lonely. Not cruel — afraid. Afraid of loss, afraid of missing out, afraid that if they don't own everything, something precious will escape. Sympathetic but still harmful.

"What if I need it later?"
"Mine. All mine. Safe with me."
"I'm not hoarding. I'm... protecting."
"You don't understand. If I let go, it's gone FOREVER."
"One more. Just one more. Then I'll stop."
